If your thinking about renting here, you'd be better off finding a box and moving to an alley downtown. It sucks. The staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE. The maintainance is a NIGHTMARE, the grounds are DISGUSTING. All that you hear as a resident are promises by the staff. Almost every promise that was made before move in has been totally ignored.

The new manager thinks shes better then everyone. The leasing staff is b**chy. The maintainance guys are normally just standing around outside smoking, swearing and bitching about haveing to fix things .... its your f**king job.... and the rest of the time they just drive around playing loud obnoxiouis music.

The pool was always closed for "cleaning" last summer. The hot tub has been dirty, empty and closed since we moved in a year ago. The "fitness center" is usless, with broken machines and dirty equipment. The ceiling is falling apart.

Overall living here has been hell. It was a horrible mistake.

Just NEVER RENT FROM THE CONNOR GROUP.

Dont believe just me, see what other people are saying about the other communities they own in town. It's the same sh**ty problems everywhere.

I agree. Since the Conner Group took over this place really sucks. They just keep raising our rent and the apartments just keep getting worse. Everything is rotted. They came and fixed up the outside to bring in more fools but really don't care about the unsafe conditions within your apartment.
