Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Looks decent on outside, but looks are deceiving! Garbage disposal broken for entire year . . no one fixed it. Hot water on sink didn't work. Annoying pigeons everywhere! Maintenance very slow to respond. Moved out over a month ago and still haven't heard any word on my deposit (have called several times). Very overpriced!
