I lived at Sterling for a year and I was so thankful to leave. For one thing that actually thought that I was going to pay $135 extra per month to renew my lease. They're funny. I had work that needed to be complete to my apartment and it never got fixed the entire time I was there. I am still waiting for them to give me back my deposit and it's been 2 months since I left. They think that they have 90 days to give that back, but just read your contract because it says 30 days in there for anyone else that is having problems. If you threaten that you're going to ask your lawyer for advice on how to fix some problems they are very quick to respond to you..just a tip!
