It's good that many people have written about how bad the management is. Sterling Place has gotten one of lowest ratings on this website.

What's funny is that today I just got a refer a friend and get $300 flyer. I'd rather not get $300 than see my friend have to deal with the crappy management.

Some people in my building have left and they made the right decision. I feel bad for the new tenants who will get trapped in this property. When I paid rent this month, I saw the lists of available units and many of them have been leased. I was like, ohhh poor new tenants. They don't know what they're running into.

It was during the spring time when I asked the maintanance to take a look at the leaking central air. NOBODY ever came until this day. Their explanation: they were swamped. Okay, it's been 3-4 months now.

I can't wait until I move out.

I believe it!!! We are still fighting them. It is 82 degrees in our apt. and it is 10:20 at night. They keep telling us that everything is running smoothly!!! That is a load of bull. It obviously isn't! Anyways, luckily my fiance got a new job in Cleveland and we are able to get the heck out of this hole. Good luck to ya!!

Our air conditioning hasn't worked since last summer. The maintenance told us the same thing the--that it was running smoothly. If it was--then we wouldn't have to sit at home at night with no lights on and a million fans running just to avoid suffocation! I am moving in ten days and couldn't be happier!
