Sterling Place Management does not care much about the tenants. While living here, most of our maintenance requests have been simply ignored. We had a bad problem with mice as well. They charge a $75 late fee even if you turn your rent in the morning after the first of the month. I have been a resident for two years and obviously earned no respect from them and therefore would not recommend that anyone do business with these people. The apartment itself is beautiful, but my view of that was certainly jaded by the snooty management.
