Disappointing at best!

From the road Sterling Place Apartments looks like a place anyone would love to call home. However, it is just a clever ploy to suck you in on asthetics alone. Aside from ample parking and spacious rooms (which one could also find in a broken down warehouse) this property provides you with all of the following; curt and rude management and office workers, non-existent maintenance staff, tons of furry, four-legged rodent friends, out of date appliances, and the ritual monthly midnight visit from the local police breaking up yet another friendly neighborhood party.
So if you find yourself turning the wheel off of Bethel Road and onto Coachman Rd toward their glittering clubhouse, depress the gas and keep your eyes toward the horizon! You'd be better off living in your automobile.
