There have been two recent (last 2 years) management changes here at Sterling Place and, despite some superficial touching-up, the condition of the units and grounds are deteriorating terribly. I've lived here two years and am moving out when my lease expires. The management personelle are nice people, yet obviously lack the appropriate training/skills. I am never living in an apartment managed by the Connor group again.
