Bad office staff--stand up for yourself

Get everything in writing, office staff has no idea who you are, and will only attempt to communicate with you if they think you owe them money, and they will pull all the B.S. to trick you into complying. They will mention getting lawyers involved. Fight with them and don't give up until they get it right. They only hope you don't pay attention or ask questions. Chances are they are in the wrong and you really don't owe them money. In fact, they probably owe you money. Keep track of every payment, and make copies of notes you leave them. Threaten to not pay rent if they haven't fixed something--that will get them moving. They will return your call after the 1st of the month, and say your rent was late and try to charge you late fees. Put notes with your payment letting them know they didn't contact you in a timely manner. Keep a copy of the note cause they will throw it away and refute it. This is your only hope to keep away from late fees.
