I moved into Sterling Place 1 year ago and being from the east coast and lost/clueless in the Midwest, Sterling Place was a godsend. I am leaving in 3 weeks as I am moving out of state, but I can honestly say this is the best apartment I have ever rented.
I pay $995.00/month for a large 2 bedroom with an awesome view of the water!
In the summer, I jog through the neighborhood and the scenery is breath taking with beautiful views of the lake.
