It is a bad place to live. Dirty and noise. I suggest you do not truse them. After you move in, you need to pay for the trash pickup and pay for the street light. What a jerk idea letting resident pay for this. They do not have service for clear the building. Very dirty place. When you have problem, they do not really solve it for you. The only thing they like to do is to take your money from packet.
