I am not sure what the previous poster is refering to. I have resided at Sterling Place for 2 going on 3 years and have a really good relationship with my neighbors- all of which seem pretty happy.

I live on the 1st floor and hear very little "neighbor noise. It is an apartment so every so often I might hear something but it is much better than other places I have lived.

Maintenance is good and as far as my appliances, if their is something that needs attention they take care of it in a quick manner.

The place must be pretty full because I had to go on the waitlist when I transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom.

As far as the actual apartment I live in now-I love it. I have huge windows in my dining room, a really large patio, both bedrooms are separate which is good for my roommate and I, the living room am a nice size, and both bathrooms are big.
