I lived at Sterling twice in the past 5 years. I loved it so much the first time that when I moved back to Columbus, they were the first and only place I called for availability. They had changed managment but still were friendly

My family and I needed a place to live while we were waiting for our house to be finished. They helped make the trasition smooth and were very accomodating, which I am very greatful for! Especially since building a house is not always a picnic.

The Maintenance is very courteous and prompt. Anytime I had a maintenance request, they made me feel like I wasn't being a nuisance and were willing to help me any way possible.

I don't believe this post for a minute. Not only that...I suspect that some little office chick is bored and making up fake ratings because she has nothing better to do. The place is FAR from safe and unless the staff has had an enima lately, they're snotty and rude.

I agree with the responder above. Check the comment on 10/03/2007. Exact same wording. Somebody must have been regularly posting the same review.

The office staff was rude and have sticks up their butts. They need to do their jobs and shut up.
