I lived at Sterling Place for about 2 years. Not to be snotty, but we had the most expensive apartment "type" of the complex, and maybe expected to be treated nicely. We always paid rent on time, and never caused problems. Towards the end of our second lease, they tried to charge us a late fee because the first was a Sunday, and we came to pay rent on Monday. Such jerks. On top of the staff being awful, it's a pain to park. There was never enough spots for the building we lived in, so half the time we had a LONG walk to our place. Even safety is terrible here. Me, my boyfriend, and three of our friends all had our cars broken into. Stole stereos, cds, movies, the works. PLEASE don't risk it. The apartments are just as nice at Island Club or something else around the area.
