We have lived here for 2 mos. Everything is brand new in our apartment. Counter tops, cabinets, carpet, etc. To avoid late fees on your rent, they do have a drop box. I have found the staff to be very acommodating. The one downside is there are a lot of college kids living here and they can make a lot of noise at times. We too rent the largest, most expensive apartment available.
