In a year on 3rd management team. Apt. looks nothing like the one they show you before you move in. Maintenance...one guy very rude. Slow to fix problems. I had to go over a week with no AC in June. Maintenance didn't know how to fix it and conveniently kept forgetting about me. Had to make daily trips to the office to get it fixed. Pool didn't open until the end of June. The trash is HORRIBLE! Stinks and is Always overflowing. Drive by on the weekend...it is a beautiful sight! Guests are always asking what is up with the trash. Tons of people moving out, few moving in. Office is begging for people to move in. Got so tired of flyers in my door begging for friend referrals. Was fairly quiet until my new neighbors moved in...very noisy. The outside cement stairs are crumbling in certain buildings. (They don't seem too concerned about it.) Dog poop everywhere. There are few responsible pet owners. Utilities very high. Water based on sq. footage of apt. not on use, I pay 50-60 a month for just me. Appliances are old. A lot of car break-ins during the holidays. Nice things-ponds are pretty, office girls seem nice, management did order new chairs for the pool once it got opened. Overall...not a lot of bang for your buck. You can rent a bigger house for the same money...or get a nicer apartment for less money.
