Not the newest, or the nicest but is affordable. Company really needs to buy new appliances and do some repairs. you can tell this place use to be great. Staff is pretty good and maintenance does a decent job. There is a guy in the office who doesn't do a thing.You may have to wait if you have a question or have a maintenance order to put in.

Very true about that guy. I called twice and left him messages which he promised to pass to the another staff, he never did, even though he promised to "make sure she receives the message and call you back."
Another time I called to ask him about something about the neighborhood, ofcourse he did not know.
