Overall my experience at Sterling Place was good. Our apartment was nice. The appliances were in good shape. I LOVED our balcony - very spacious and with outdoor storage. There is a nice pool. There grounds look nice also. If we had a maintanence issue, it was resolved quickly. When we left, it was difficlut finding apartments as nice as these.
However, the owners of the property kept changing. By the time we left, they were on their third set of owners since we had been there. The cost of rent was one of the reasons we left. It was increasing about $90 a year. It was too much money for what you get. The other MAJOR reason we left was because of neighbors. There were people throwing parties serveral times a week (on weekdays). They were yelling, fighting in the breezway at 2 and 3 in the morning (on weekdays). Just about everyone with a dog did not pick up the dog's poop. The apaprtment provides poop trash cans and even bags. There were piles everywhere around our building.
