Timpelton Crossing is a nice place to live! Crawford Communities is a very good management company. Some people just need to understand that apartment living is juat that apartment living. You cant pick you neighbors and the management company does the best they can without breaking any laws. Thats right there are laws call Fair Housing that say that as long as you are financelly approved with no criminal background you have to be approved. There is also a law against steering, meaning the management company can not separate anyone. The cant put young people with young people or famalies with families! If you dont want to live next to someone buy a house!! But if you understand that Crawford Communities is doing a great job for being apartment management company then rent from Timpelton! It is a great place to live. The remarks you have read that are bad are just from residents that didnt get their way in some way or another! They probably didnt diserve to either! Some people do not understand that their are laws that say you can not do for one that you would not do for all! I have lived here for 3 years and love it, when I move out I will have $3600 in a down payment for a new home thanks to Crawford and their rent to own program! Thank you Timpelton!
