The last comment purely shows that it was posted by someone that works at Templeton or at Crawford communities. What normal renter would post info about the rent to own program or stick up for the management company' That comment just proved how shady Templeton really is. I actually live next door at Fountainplace which sucks too. The people in this area of town are all white trash and -------- who seem to have about 20 people living in the same apartment. Now I know you can do something about that but hey, guess they are the one's keeping you in business. Renters, just stay away from this part of town all together unless you like trashy people and don't mind kids running around unsupervised.
