If you are going to over analyze someone's review, then you have too much time on your hands. And before you start quoting other people, and disagreeing, you should probably know the facts. Crawford does have a rent to own program, you can earn up to $1200 a year to a maximum of three years. You do have to use Crawford Realtors, but you can buy any house or condo. IF you go through HER, do you have to buy a house built by HER''' NO. Crawford does have to follow fair housing laws, which they do. If you have a complaint, read your lease, it says they are all taken in writing at the office. If you know everything, why don't you apply with the company''
