This place has me enraged. I am very low maintenance, but when it rains on the inside of my apt, that's enough.
In September, we had the hurricane force winds go through the state. Many shingles were blown off the roof of my apartment. No attempt was made to fix the roof. Soon, water started seeping in the ceiling. First call to landlord, said they'd bring someone out. Nothing. I think, well I'm not high maintenance, I don't plan on living here too long. Then, water spreads. Water seeps in along the corners of the ceiling, along ceiling seams, cieling plaster starts tearing away, a strip of my ceiling actually falls down. I tell the landlord again. "Yeah, we'll fix it, we'll have someone out". Again, nothing. Another storm came through several weeks ago, knocking off shingles. No attempt was made by the landlord to repair the roof. Last night, all I heard all night was the sound of rain - in my walls - as it dripped. I've called the landlord - no one has come out.
The people running Templeton Crossing seem at best negligent and irresponsible, most of all unprofessional. I don't care if the rent is relatively cheap - there are plenty of other places to rent. Forget this one.

I have lived here for three years, last year I wouldn't have agreed with you at all... but it seems the ppl in the office have changed and they are horrible! I am so glad that next month I am moving... Good luck! I was one of the few appts that didn't loose half the roof with that storm...
