I have lived here for almost a year. When the old property manager was here, everything was great. They brought in a new property manager who is in over his head. Crime is on the rise with a shooting and a police chase occurring in the same weeks just last week. When you call, employees never answer. Parking is a joke. They say we are getting new parking passes and they are going to enforce but it's been over a couple months now and no passes. If you try to call corporate to get answers, they blow you off as well. The police are out almost 2-4 times a week. Maintenance is great though. I cannot complain about maintenance.

I concur with the above, except for the comments about maintenance. I find them to be very slow. They took over a week and several phone calls and letters to fix my air conditioning this summer.
