I lived at Windsor at Polaris last year while my house was being built. My husband and I did not have any problems while living there. We enjoyed the way the grounds were taking care of and whenever we had any maintenance issues, they were addressed right away. We lived there with our large dog and when we moved out we did not have any charges. It was great to find a place that would allow our dog and they could accommodate us for less than a year since our house would be ready.
