Parking is terrible

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
There are not enough parking spaces. Management came up with a "Renter of the Month" parking spot so someone who pays their rent on time each month gets an assigned spot for a month. Big Deal! People park on the street and will even block your driveway.
