Unfortunately, it looks like the only people who can come to the leasing office?s defense is the leasing office itself. It doesn?t surprise me that the review was posted by someone in the front office [review dated May 10, 2003 "We Love It Here!!!!"]. The front/leasing office was aware of this site as of August, 2002, therefore, please keep this in mind when you read the bias/spin of their comments and other past positive reviews. Also note that the above mentioned reviewer has only lived on the property since 2003, if they (she) even live(d) here at all.



Now this just goes to show you how Windsor At Polaris feels about their paying tenants when we raise legitimate ISSUES that need to be RESOLVED. They?d rather not solve the problems, they?d only like to try to get rid of the "@#%$*&!" like me and my neighbors who are voicing them. I don?t know what trailer park they recruit these people from, but they need to have better writing, communication, and above all, customer service skills.



I agree with the statement titled: "Caveat Emptor". As far as moving out, I believe a lot of people, including us, ARE moving out when our lease is up.



Two things to add:

1) Watch where you walk. There is dog excrement everywhere.

2) The "Human Frappe" they call a hot-tub here wasn?t shut down recently due to maintenance issues. Public records show it was shut down by the board of health due to high levels of filth and bacteria.
