I have lived here for awhile now and i love this place. I have no idea what everyone else is talking about. Ive never had any roaches, it's such a quiet and nice place. Every detail is so nice. The rent is a little high, but you get what you pay for. I've lived in apartments before and i haven't found any place better than here. Wayne the maintenance guy is so nice and helpful. The office staff is nice too. I have nothing to complain about. I never hear my neighbors, it's really convenient to polaris pkwy - like all the shops and restaraunts and i definately plan on living here for awhile longer.
