This place is so unfriendly as far as fees are concernered when it comes to pets. They want 300 dollars to hold (in case) of damages and then on top of that 20 dollars a month. I asked my leasing agent would I be charged if I had another human staying with me and I was told "No" . So then I asked " Well why would you charge me to have a pet at 20 dollars a month if it doesn't use any of the amenities, I dont think my dog goes to the gym and swimming while I am not home. No legitimate answer was given. PET FEES SUCK....

I agree, but pet fees are there only to discourage people from bringing pets. If there were no pet fees, EVERYONE would have a pet, and the place would be overrun with them, including more of the inevitable problems: more pee stains on the carpets, animals fighting while you're walking them, the occasional dog bite, etc. So it's a "discouragement fee" that's there only so that fewer people have pets.

People don't generally rip up carpet and potty on the floor either :)
