Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Duck poop all over the trail that goes around the lake which parts of the water is still water and has all kinds of crap in it and it smells. Office ppl are not helpful and it takes forever to get someone out to repair anything. Stays cold in the apartment even if your blasting your heat. Overall its over rated and over priced.
