This place DOES look nice, the landscaping and the apt exterior is well kept. All that isn't to "fool" people. The Gardens at Polaris really is a great place to live. It has an access gate at the back of the neighborhood for easy access to I-71, which I use all the time to get to school. The maintenance & office staff were nice every time that I came across them. Krogers & a whole bunch of shopping is practically just behind the neighborhood. I've lived here since May 2008 and I'm still happy. The dishwasher was broken & after trying to fix it a couple times, they replaced it. The garbage disposer made loud noises one time when used, and maintenance fixed that quickly. There's a 24-hr fitness room & a pool (pool isn't 24hrs). There's a huge pond in the middle of the neighborhood with a walking trail going around the pond which is nice. Parking isn't a problem either, except couple weeks ago when they were repaving an area. People that aren't happy with this place, in my opinion, have uber high standards & need to just go get a house. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
