Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
We lived there for 7 months from Sept '08 till April '09. The rent is high for the sq ft you are getting. If you are on the first floor you would definitely hear your neighbor upstairs walking, showering, flushing etc. It is conveniently located to I-71 and near the mall that was a big plus, the apt does have ample storage but no real space, if you have a lot of furniture you would have a problem. Washer/dryer which they offer are mediocre for the price. Parking might be an issue depends where your apartment is located, there are no assigned spots. Maintenance staff is good, but sometimes you might have to call the apartment office twice. Safety was never a issue.
