I lived at the Gardens at Polaris for three years. The first year, I had water damage from the apartment above due to dishwasher overflow. Took 1 day to repair and I had to clean up water. I had two dishwasher incidents, I once again in emergency-cleaned up. All Mgt/Maintenance does is repair washer! Water from outside came in every heavy rain and ice buildup in winter shows...Toilet back up. Very bad...Paper thin walls. No insulation in walls...cold in winter months.
Would not return security deposit, even though I moved out with "clean build of health" from maintenance rep. Have to sue in small claims court for deposit. Very nasty management and sales associates. Nice to you when you want to renew but after, different story, they do not want to know you.
I do not recommend this place, look elsewhere!
Poor maintenance in winter on roads and walkways by sub contractors and staff.

I have lived at the Gardens for 2 years and always receive great service. I never hear my neighbors! Management super friendly...1 day to repair sounds reasonable.
