I have lived at the Meridian for over almost three years now and have experienced both management companies. True parking can be an issue, but it's Downtown, people! Gimme a break, it's not suburbia! I myself do not wish to drive every day to and fro just to attend class... these apartments are simply gorgeous and they're centrally located (that's why I chose them) so why all of the complaining' I think it's the ones who cannot read a standard towing sign who grippes about policy. All I know is I'm happy here and the more people who move; the more parking I have for family and friends available. C ya later whinners!

OMG This review is soooo ignorant. Not only is it obviously somebody that works for the office, but there are a couple spelling errors here that reflect the lack of unprofessionalism found at Meridian. It's called 'spell-check'. Look into it.

First of all, you sound like an ignorant person who would be a long-term renter. I am a Meridian resident who pays well over $900 per month for my 1-bedroom apartment, and I am absolutely appalled by the poor conditions and nasty staff attitudes here at The Meridian. Let me clarify, I am not a "spoiled brat," as I pay my own rent, but I do believe I have a right to enjoy the "amenities" for which I am supposedly paying. A secure garage perhaps? If you don't mind living in a dump, find a place on campus. At least you'd save $400 per month!

This reviewer says "parking can be an issue, but this is downtown". Um...no it's not. The Meridian is not downtown, I repeat the Meridian is not downtown, nobody in there right mind would describe the Meridian as "simply gorgrous" after living here.
