Haha I haven't even moved in yet and the lady my group is dealing with (won't say her name) has already tried giving me crap because i wasn't able to drive one hour there to sign a couple of papers, and backtalked me to my friends!

I agree, get used to it. I paid $200 to rent the clubhouse room for a bridal shower I was hosting and was very specific about needing it at 10am. Well, they open at 10am but wouldn't you know, the "leasing professional" took 15 minutes to open the door. At first I knocked politely, but she just ignored me. I finally just stood there and banged on the door until she finally opened it. She was busy eating cookies, and she had the audacity to act like I was the rude one! Hello, $200 for 8 hours of room rental, and people had started to arrive!
They sure know how to pick great employees!

Get used to it is right, the women who work in the leasing office are incompetent, fat, witches who have nothing better to do but give residents attitude. A classic case of miserbale people making others miserable so that they feel better about their inadequate lives.
