I am in a 1 bedroom now and like my actual apt. a lot. Washer dryer hookups...ice maker...everything is new. Nice pool.

A tad expensive...my rent is 700. I got a buddy who lives across the street for 350 1 br.

Some reviews use the term "walking distance" liberally.

My ------- are when I lost my mail key they charged me 50 bucks, and when I was 1 day late on rent I was charged 50 bucks (1st offense). There is plenty of parking for residents, but hardly any visitor parking. I've had friends towed 5 times at least.

The residents seem to be young white collars, med students, and yuppies.

residents are also spoiled rich kids whose parents obvioulsy pay for their apartments and have no regard for anything in them. They leave trash in the halls that isn't picked up for like a week, let their animals defecate in the halls and leave it and scream and yell at 4:00 in the morning when they come home from the bar. Not to mention the storage area next door where the band practices until 2:00 in the morning...lovely time!

Rich kids?? They are trashy for sure. I'm rich also and my car new from dealer one month hit by someone?? i haven't use that car for 1 month okay??? But at least i'm not drunken people like the American kids=trashy drunk -------. 1year, one time hit and one time stolen? wat the ---- is that hell in this apartment? the hit one must be the drunk american bastard!!! they're not spoiled, they are dumb kids.
