I've lived in my apartment for a half a year and would say it's the best apartment i've lived in. Great layout. Work out facility is average but is open for 24 hours. As for the parking complaints i've been reading...I have no complaints at all and i've been towed. If your visitors can't find a spot on the street they can park in the garages on the 4th floor where they will find ample parking and not have to worry about getting towed. The rules are layed out when you sign your lease, if you disobey the rules you get punished. I didn't realize that was hard to understand. Also I can't tell you how much I love waking up to go to work getting in my car in the garage and driving off. Notice I didn't have to start it, wait ten minutes to defrost and scape ice off.

What do you suggest people do when the garage doors are broken and it's impossible to get into the garage? People frequently drove into the gate, so the garage gate didn't work for 6 of the 13 months I lived there. Sure, I signed the lease, but I was expecting to have access to the garage I PAID to park in...I didn't "disobey" the rules, but was forced to park outside one night. I even left a note on my windshield explaining the garage door wouldn't open, yet I was still towed. Yeah, I don't think I deserved to be "punished." The rules are LAID out when you sign your lease, but they should uphold their part of the deal...what do you suggest for their punishment? Hmmn, are you sure you're not an employee?

I compleatly agree with you. When I asked them why the rule of having a dog on the 3rd floor wasnt in the lease they told me it was their "policy" and that the lease didn't count. I asked to see the "poicys" and they told me they didnt have anything for me to see. They don't follow through anything that they tell you because they have so many people who live there that you don't matter.
