these apartments are great....if you want to pay $1000 a month for a two bedroom! don't get me wrong, they are nice, but it is not worth it. the staff is not very helpful, security deposit is high, and they never ever ever have move-in specials! if you do come here, hope you don't plan to renew your lease...i am out of here because they are raising my rent $126 a month! absolutely ridiculous. for the rates here, you could live somewhere much nicer...like the brewer's yard (german village) or the arena crossing (downtown). just a thought. good luck. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Yes, this place when i see is great, the staff nice as hell but after 4 months, things turn. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, what again? somebody tell me. Not accept complaining. What they do? Gossiping somebody's car or people live in here actually.. Aha. I tell you something. Safety is 0 actually, homeless man will look at your car, and then preparation 2 a.m breaking your car? nice huh? i'm still lucky, the police caught them, somebody calling 911 at that time, recently actually november 2007. there will be more, i guarantee to everybody, they let the garage open,. just wait time and see, 9 cars will be broken again at midnight. so if you complaining about breaking cars, i already tell you first. if you don't believe me, read other comment that writing about this complaining. Congratulations for living here.. only 1% good people living here especially old people and the international students. Americans? yeah some, but young americans mostly 90% are drunken rubbish. Congratulations for living Trashy place.. Good for you. then you'll regret it as i'm. Waiting my lease to end only for 1 year, Enough for this trashy place. Moving to classy place than this one. Then on my regretion, i see people moving, I'm happy.. You'll also see lots of people moving from this place.
