I'm currently living at Meridian. Downside: I can't use the fireplace in my apt despite 3 trips by maintenance to fix. Hallways are always really filthy and full of trash - same for the parking garage. Staff members will never be rocket scientists. Outragous fees to move in - bad enough I would not have moved here if I hadn't been in a big hurry to find a place.
Upside: Great layout and closet space. Very convenient location - work downtown so commute is fabulous. I live in a building with a parking garage so parking situation has been great (not sure what everyone else has complained about - haven't had any issues). Had couple small issues with package delivery to office but staff was good about fixing problems. Other than fireplace, maintenance has been very good. Office good about communicating with residents.
For the most part - living here has been mostly positive. Moving for work in a few months, otherwise I'd renew my lease. Would recommend to anyone with enough cash to blow on moving in.
