The pros: I have been living in the Meridian for 8 months now and I would have to say I have had a positive experience. I really like the location of the Meridian. It is conveniently located next to campus and it is very cheap to take a taxi downtown. I live in a one bedroom apt and have not had any problems with my apt. The walk in closets are also to die for. The only noise that I hear is that of the train. My building is quiet so I don't have any complaints about wild parties. A carport came with my apt and I would suggest getting an apt that has one because it has saved me a great hassel this winter from the snow and has also saved me from having to find parking. The complex is well kept, brightly lit at night, and secured so I feel safe. Also, there is electric heat and a flat rate for water which I like. As far as maintenance goes, I have only had to call them once and they came promptly.

The cons: It is a bit pricey for a one bedroom. Parking can be an issue here especially visitor parking so be careful that your visitors park in a visitor only spot. There is a tow truck constantly driving around on fri and sat nights and within 10 minutes of being parked my friend got her car towed. Just to let you know, the towing place is a big dump, cash only, and in a sketchy area so just beware. The office staff is can be very rude and unfriendly but it wouldnt be enough to make me want to move.

Overall, I really love the Meridian. It is a bit pricey but I feel like I have gotten my moneys worth.

This stupid staff writing down like nobody wants to live there anymore. You see, they try so hard to keep people, now they already put $30 for one year, Usually people live there after one year, usually one year up $150, You seriously need to get a life stripper. Get the hell out of hellidien. This building not worth anything except stress. Need to say last word: Fuc* you Bitc*
