Please take a walk through the community INSIDE and outside, morning and NIGHT to see what goes on and what the condition of the community is like. The common hallway carpets are apparently never cleaned and smell of a trash dumpster. Good luck if your neighbors have a never ending barking dog...nothing will be done about it..like the people who live in 1474 by the pool. Or how about the people who leave their dog out on the patio barking as it echos throughout the pool area' No consideration for others. Check out the piles of dog crap all over the community. How about the parking garage' Think you car is safe' No, it is a perfect place for theives to prey...you can't see what is going on inside the garage from outside and there are no cameras to catch anyone should something happen to your car. The towing is ridiculous. They are just waiting in the parking lot for the clock to strike 7PM. Meridian sticker or not, you are gone. But they can't seem to get the abandoned van out of the garage that has been there for weeks, obstructing the view of cars coming down the ramp. It's only a matter of time until someone gets in a wreck. There is even a "Will Tow" sticker on the car that says the vehicle will be towed 7/28/08 if not moved...yeah, today's date is 8/6/08 and it is still there. Also, you would think that because the rent was so high you would have professional/ responsible/ respective people living there. Oh no, there are still people who belong in the Hilltop district living there. Be careful. Lastly, don't expect the staff to help with anything. The property manager is rude and has poor customer service skills. Evidently Jupiter Communities doesn't care how she treats the residents..as long as they have no vacancies, who cares, right' All we can hope is that someone will build another community of this type in this convenient location with a bit lower rent and maybe they will finally realize they should have treated people with respect and courtesy when everyone moves out! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
