First, let me say that if you are a college student this place is ok. If you are a professional, think twice.
The complex has a reputation for having it's own residents towed. They regularly tow residents with parking stickers if they park in visitors spaces even if the garages are full. Yes, you read that correctly. They say it is their policy so visitors have parking.
The office staff is slow to respond to requests.
Cleanup response is extremely slow. If you have a problem with walking around with dead birds or garbage around you don't want to live here.Things will go uncleaned for days at a time.
The gym is outdated. The noise at night is horrible.
Check elsewhere. The Quarry or finding individual apartments in Victorian Village would be a better alternative at similar prices.

The location is great. Parking is going to be an issue. Every renter should have enough sense to know that before they move in. Yeah getting towed sucks. But just follow the rules, its that simple! If there is not enough parking just park in one of the business lots near by. I moved from the meridian to the short north and had to walk a block, up 3 flights of stairs and across high street to get to my apartment... EVERYDAY! Doing it one day isnt that bad.
If you think parking now is bad, wait till football season.
I agree, the staff could be a little nicer. And when you ask to speak with the manager it would be nice to actually have the chance to speak with the manager. I always feel like the staff directly speaks to me, and I just cant get a manger.
I think its great for rich college kids to live there. I agree, if you were a professional, I would think twice.
