I've lived in the Meridian Apartments for over a year and a half and I don't recommend anybody moving into the Meridian Apartment Complex. First off Parking is a nightmare. There are so may regulations that it would even have eisten scratching his head not to mention the fact that people are getting towed all the time. It has gotten better since they switch towing company but I am occasionally awakened by tow trucks in the middle of the night. Forget about getting any sleep around 2 a.m. on friday and saturday nights with all the college kids stumbling back from the bar and playing football out in the middle of the street. THE STAFF AT THE MERIDIAN ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AND LAZY. THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING. FIFTY DOLLARS REPLACEMENT FEE FOR A 10 CENT POOL PASS GIVE ME A BREAK. ALSO EXPECT TO BE WOKEN UP AT LEAST 6 TIMES A YEAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WHEN THE FIRE ALARMS GO OFF. When I first moved in I asked how much the rent would go up one year from now and they said it would not be much. I was actually 8.6% which I wouldn't mind If I know that moving into the place. I hate to move thats the only reason I haven't left yet. The only thing they have going for them is a good location and they keep the apartment complex clean.

**********BEWARE**********All of the above is ABSOLUTELY TRUE...Especially the part about the office staff and the way they like to nickle and dime you for everything. But just to add to that, the MANAGEMENT STAFF IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, UNACCOMMADATING,STUPID, INCONSIDERATE AND A BUNCH OF LIARS!!! OH!!! And correction to the above information regarding your pool pass, it is actually $150.00 REPLACEMENT FEE each FOR BOTH YOUR POOL PASS & PARKING PASS.RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! I would say they are beyond nickel and diming you now it is just FLAT OUT ROBBBING YOU. RAPING YOU FOR EVERY LAST PENNY YOU HAVE AND FOR WHAT??? At the end of the day is it the managers that get an extra GOLD STAR for being nothing but STRAIGHT A**HOLES!!! I am confused as to what is the reasoning or point for all of this. To everyone on here that has a complaint about the office staff-I urge you to contact the corporate office. Let's get new management staff in the front office.
