Terrible Place to Live. The previous posts were clearly written by office staff, I on the other hand have actually lived at the Meridian. If you like noisy conditions (taxi drivers constantly honking horns), getting your car broke into, no visitor parking, rude/stupid office staff, being woken up at all hours of the night due to fake fire alarms, dramatic jump in rent from year to year, mandatory payment of cable and internet from time warner, administrative fees to pay utilities (rip off), the list goes on and on....

**********BEWARE**********All of the above is ABSOLUTELY TRUE...Especially the part about the office staff and the way they like to nickle and dime you for everything. But just to add to that, the MANAGEMENT STAFF IS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, UNACCOMMADATING,STUPID, INCONSIDERATE AND A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!
OH!!! And correction to the above information regarding your pool pass, it is actually $150.00 REPLACEMENT FEE each FOR BOTH YOUR POOL PASS & PARKING PASS.RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! I would say they are beyond nickel and diming you now it is just FLAT OUT ROBBBING YOU. RAPING YOU FOR EVERY LAST PENNY YOU HAVE AND FOR WHAT??? At the end of the day is it the managers that get an extra GOLD STAR for being nothing but STRAIGHT A**HOLES!!! I am confused as to what is the reasoning or point for all of this. To everyone on here that has a complaint about the office staff-I urge you to contact the corporate office. Let's get new management staff in the front office.

Corporate office will not do anything. If you call corporate to complain, they take your name and number and the property manager calls you back. It's all about money. If the property manager is bringing in money, then obviously s/he is doing the job right according to corporate.
