The whole experience was pretty bad.

This was pretty bad. The staff was hard to deal with. They are cold and relentless.
Here of some of the main issues I had with the place:
Trash is not cleaned up readily
Lots of noise during the end of the week (thursday night - sunday)
- It will wake you up.
The fire alarms went off 3 times when I lived there in my building.
The towed two of my guests.
Also, if you look on here - the only positive reviews are obviously from management. Pretty lame. You obviously have serious issues - spend time addressing them rather than trying to convince people otherwise.

How is it 'obvious' that isn't true? Being with management would make you more inclined to give it a positive review so that isn't 'obvious'. Also, do to the fact that you have spent extra time defending the complex it is quite apparent that you are not only part of the staff but you are most likely higher level staff. Highly vested I would presume. Here is some advice. Focus on solving the problems of the complex - not on here.

believe it or not there are some happy residents there. I had a mediocre experience.. 1st year was great.. 2nd not so much, 3rd decent, 4th and 5th reasonable as well. It really depends on the specific unit you get and what your neighbors are like. Unfortunately its pretty much a crapshoot on the neighbors.
The fixtures and construction are pretty shoddy underneath the (initially) nice facade, so there is a good chance it will be noisy. Some people get a quiet one tho.
