The Meridian

I've lived in the Meridian for almost 2 years and I can't complain too much.

The rent is a little high and parking can be pretty annoying, but I haven't had any other significant problems.
PROS:
- The apartments themselves seem to be well-built and we've only had to call maintainance 1 or 2 times and they were fairly quick.
- Good location
- Covered parking garage
- No problems with management
- Pool
CONS (mostly just nit-picking):
- Due to limited visitor parking spaces, it can be hard to have a lot of people over, especially on the weekends.

Although I have noticed that cars are not being towed nearly as frequently as they used to.
- I often have to park on the 3rd or 4th floor of the parking garage, then go down the stairs and across the street into my building.

This is much less convenient than other places where you can park right outside your apartment.
- Pretty expensive and our rent has increased slightly both years
- Neighbors can be noisy sometimes, but not too bad
- I don't have a dog, but if you do, be aware that there is very little green space to walk your dog
- Pool gets very crowded in the summer
