Don't live here

Lived in Meridian for three years and moving out in one week. Pros: You get a very nice apartment Cons: everything else. 1) Rent is way overpriced. They have increased our rent by $100-120 per month each year (probably bc they know you don't want to move out) and I stayed bc i was too lazy to move out 2) Cleanliness - There is often vomit and dog poop in the hallways (almost every weekend) 3) Towing - you have to be very vigilant about where you and your visitors park 4) Business area - they have a nice business area with computers and a printer but you have to pay for your own paper (just one example among many of how they try and nickel and dime you despite how much you pay for rent) 5) Packages - they only hold packages for seven days (even if you are out of the country/on vacation) - this is an example of how poor the customer service is here. They have tons of space and even try and rent out hallway closets to residents for storage space but are unwilling to save your packages for you until you can pick them up..how does that make sense' 6) The management is horrible - Given how much you pay for rent, you would expect to be treated in a nice manner when you have concerns and this is not the case. 7) Noise - if you live near King avenue (bc of train tracks) or 5th avenue. 8) Pet fee - Even if you have your family dog over for a day, if they find out you get charged a fee of $150 or more.
