I lived here from April 2007 to May 2008...one word, HORRIBLE! It started off nice but it went down hill son after. I had to have things fixed just about every month I was there. For some odd reason I had bee's in my 2nd flr apt and they said it was b/c I was leaving my window open...uh so wasn't correct. I also had mice! They came out three times until they finally fixed the holes under the sink and behind the stove. One time some kids came through and sprayed fake blood all over people's doors. The people in the rental office are so rde and dont care about your problems. Police walk the grounds all the time because of ALL the violence. Oh and when you move out you have to get the carpe professionally cleaned or they will keep your deposite. DON'T MOVE HERE! I HATED IT AND YOU WILL TOO!

I thought The Moors was really nice and roomy on the inside So I signed what I was told was a " hold agreement" for a townhome and was also told to put a $100 deposit down to hold the unit since I wasn't able to move in for two weeks. We'll I'm hear to say don't trust this read the so called "hold agreement" throughly. Management lied to me and when I tried to get my money back the blond haired manager tried to say that if I changed my mind I lost my money and it stated that in "tiny" writing on the agreement. This is why they only take money orders or cashier checks for deposit becuase these items are harder to stop. (Well luckily for me my cashier check was from my bank and I put a stop payment on it and didn't have to pay a fee. I got my money back before they presented it. LOL ha, ha, ha). The reason I changed my mind was my friend told me about this site and after reading reviews and driving out to The Moors at night I saw police cars, people sitting out talking loudly, cursing, music playing loudly and thugs actually selling drugs. I'm so glad I changed my mind and got my money back before it was too late. The manager will lie so before you give any money READ THE HOLD AGREEMENT THROUGHLY. As a matter of fact my advice is to not even move there.
