I have resided at the Moors for over 3 years. It can be bad at times, but recently seems to have gotten better (which could be because of winter). There are field mice that come from across the field. That is what traps are for. But as far as the office - everyone has always been nice to me. They could do a better job with snow removal/salting and reducing their rent prices. but over all I would say Good place to live.
