Husband robbed at gunpoint

#1 We signed a one year lease last july. In september my husband (in army uniform) was robbed at gunpoint while putting the key in the keyhole. I was on the other side of the door with our two month old baby and had no idea what was going on. The robbers were young black males. They took my husbands wallet and cell phone. We called the police and told the complex mgr. She said there was nothing she could do and we werent able to break the lease.
#2 Neighbors are very loud. Always blaring music at all hours and fighting into the wee hours of the morning.
#3 Last week a lady down the street from us had her windows smashed in and several items stolen out of her apartment.
Police helicopters are always flying overhead looking for people. All in all, I do not feel safe here and cant wait to move. I strongly discourage anyone from moving here.
