I lived here for 5 quarters, which is about 15 months. I agree with the below poster. I had to pay $575 a month for a very very small room. I heard people party until 5am at night(the walls are very thin), hence I had trouble sleeping because of this. The parking is a joke. They have the worst place to park your car and if you forget to renew your parking pass, they will immediately tow you. They say they have nothing to do with the towing company, but this is a lie as the towing company actually told me the manager at the Ohio Stater called them to have my car towed. They absolutely ate my security deposit. I had a security deposit of $275, I had cleaned my apartment spotlessly, including the carpet and the bathroom. I later got a letter from them in the mail, saying that my carpet was dirty and so was the bathroom. This was a complete lie as I spent hours cleaning up my apartment. If I would have known they would never have given me my security deposit back, I would have never cleaned this apartment. The walls are ultra thin as I can hear my neighbors. Please do not live here.
