It may be a bit on the expensive side, but it is worth every penny! I have lived here an entire year, and don't have a single complaint. In fact, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and prompt. I don't think it ever took more than an hour or two to respond to a maintenance request. I highly recommend you consider the quarry.
