I have lived here for a year and would be staying if my roommate and I were not planning on going our seperate ways. It is a bit pricey but it's worth it. The place is cheaply built but the size is great and the office staff is always very helpful. Whenever we have a maintenence problem, they fix it within a day. It is more of a younger crowd at the pools and there can be some noise because of parties which is a downfall but overall still worth it. The only complaint I have is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around all the time - not too big of an issue for me but might be for others. I really have had a great experience living here and would recommend it.
